Baby Pumpkin Carrot Soup Recipe

Soup is a great recipe to start to introduce spices into your babies’ everyday meals. You can also freeze this recipe into ice cubes for an easy, quick meal.

- pumpkin - onion - carrots  - apples - broth - coconut milk

Ingredients

Cut the ends off the pumpkin for easy cutting. Then slice the pumpkin in half.

STEP 1:

Scoop out the insides. You can save the pumpkin seeds and roast them. 

step 2:

Cut the pumpkin into 1/4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little drizzle of oil. You can also sub oil for water.
