Healthy Banana Oatmeal Muffin For Toddlers

These banana oatmeal muffins checks all these boxes. They are easy to make, healthy and a hit with babies and toddlers. Beware they disappear fast!

I like to make a big batch and refrigerate it for the week. They also work great as a snack in between meals.

These banana oatmeal muffins are mildly sweet from the coconut sugar and the banana. They are soft and perfect to pack in the lunch box / snack box.

- Oats - Whole wheat flour - Egg - Banana - Coconut sugar - Applesauce - Greek yogurt

Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 350 F.

STEP 1:

Mash the banana slightly.

step 2:

Add the banana, oats, whole wheat flour, egg, yogurt, applesauce, salt, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and sugar to a blender and blend until everything is combined.
