BLW Pink Beet Pancakes (Baby, Toddler & Kid Approved!)

Healthy and fun pink pancakes or beet pancakes! A sure shot way to get your babies to eat their beets. Naturally sweetened and thanks to the beets for the gorgeous pink color.

These pancakes will have your kids excited for breakfast! These are perfect babyled weaning breakfast pancakes.

Beets are super healthy and they are considered super food. They are nutrient dense and contain essential vitamins and minerals. They are also rich in fiber which helps children’s digestive health.

– whole wheat flour – baking powder – egg – greek yogurt – milk –  oil

ingredients:

Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. To another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.

step one

Now add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix gently. Don’t over mix the batter.

Heat a griddle or skillet and add some butter. Now take 2 tbsp of the batter and drop it into the hot griddle.

step THREE

Let it cook until you start seeing some air bubbles. Now flip and cook the other side. They are done when the other side is cooked as well.

step FOUR

Serve warm with fruits, yogurt and honey.
