5 Natural Ways to Soothe a Teething Baby

Sleep regression is a typical annoyance that creeps in when your baby starts teething. Teething pain tends to peak at night-time.

When there is no distraction and babies become more restless and cranky. Babies who used to sleep through the night will start waking up more often and cry for constant attention.

There are some tips that you can do throughout the day or just before you put your baby to bed to help promote sleep.

Like any other sickness and pain, our babies need our comfort throughout the teething stage.

Be extra snugly

Your baby might need to nurse frequently during the night to minimize teething pain. Don’t worry too much that you will “spoil” your child by nursing him often.

Be flexible with your routine

Infant Massage
